LAUNCHING OF A NEW TASK FORCE

Following the glorious footprints of our 7-year long experience with Women in Business (WIB), during which we’ve developed more than 50 events and multiple partnerships, and established a few determining initiatives, the European American Chamber of Commerce – Southwest France is proud to introduce its newborn Task Force:

 GROWING ACTION WOMEN – GAW

A new brand and a new start to contribute to gender parity in the workplace, with a network comprising 300 members from various companies in the Toulouse area. Our goal is to increase exchanges and provide support to women in terms of skills, salary, leadership or work-life balance, and by giving women effective tools to reach their professional goals and full potential.

GAW organizes monthly events with diverse speakers to:

GAW can set up « Mentoring » sessions with individuals and face to face sessions for personal coaching. GAW proposes technical workshops for willing companies ready to work internally on improving feminine careers within their own staff.
